How do I get help with DigiPOS?
Email support@eposplus.com.au or use the contact form on this site. Our Australian team will respond and triage your request.
How do I pair a new POS, KDS, kiosk or customer display?
Use Device Management in your DigiPOS admin to generate a secure pairing QR. Scan it from the device. Pairing is rate-limited and revocable from admin.
My printer is not printing receipts.
Check that the printer is on, online, and selected in the register settings. Send a test print from POS settings. If the issue persists, contact support with the printer model and a short description.
How do I update my menu?
Menus, modifiers, prices and prep components are edited in your DigiPOS admin. Changes flow to POS, kiosk, customer display, online storefront and KDS.
Is my data backed up?
DigiPOS runs on a production foundation with a backup and restore runbook. Talk to support for details on your venue.
